Online Conference System
The workshop this year will take place online.
We will use the open source online conference system BigBlueButton (BBB) Please make yourself familiar with it to get most out of this experience. Tutorials are here: bigbluebutton.org/html5/
This year the technical program will run in two sessions in parallel, in Room #1 and Room #2. The welcome and wrap-up takes place in Room #1.

Registered Participants
Since the number of live participants in BBB must be limited (as the server can not support unlimited number of users), registration is mandatory. After your registration is confirmed, you will receive a room access key to join the BBB rooms.
Next to Room #1 and Room #2 for the technical program, there is also the Lounge for casual hangout, which is always open.
Unregistered / Public
We don't want to leave anyone out, and thus make sure that also unregistered people (and possibly anyone on the world with an internet connection) can take part in the workshop. For this we provide a live stream of both event rooms and dedicated chat channels per room. This way, everyone will be able to follow the event and raise questions or provide input!
